Kilvenmani and Judicial Apathy

Two articles which are listed in the book are an analysis done after 50 years after the massacre. Lot of efforts went into in gathering the old records and also the order of the Supreme Court which was brought out for the first time. The two writers, one a Retired Judge (myself) and the other Manoj Mitta a veteran Journalist who brought out a magnum opus of a book listing out the battles for equality in India in which caste pride alone was mattered.
